For this year's entry into the New Mexico IPA Challenge we decided to take the foundation of the Perihelion Hazy IPA, developed earlier this year, one step closer to the sun. Loaded with tropical and citrus-forward hops such as Citra, Nelson, and Nectaron, Icarus is a bold and mystifying double hazy IPA, much like its mythological namesake.
